To keep bones strong, eat a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, exercise and do not smoke. If needed, medicines can also help. We have a full time certified DEXA and XRAY technologist who is available to perform same day Bone Density (DEXA) scans and XRAYS. These scans are made available to the Rheumatologists who will then send a prompt report to your referring doctor. |
